PRICES

All prices are in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT. Prices are In Bond and are for either full cases (9 litres) or per bottle. Bonded wines may be purchased Duty Paid by adding £19.50 for wine, £26.00 for port and £25.00 for champagne.

MINIMUM PURCHASE

Please note that our MINIMUM ORDER VALUE IS £300, before VAT and any delivery charges. We have introduced this restriction to enable us to maintain competitive prices.

QUANTITY

We are a wholesale company and as such the minimum order is for 9 Litres, i.e. 12 bottles, 6 magnums etc.

PAYMENT

Payment is due on receipt of invoice or 30 days from date of order for approved trade customers. All export orders must be paid for prior to shipment.

INTEREST & CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to charge interest at 3% above bank lending rate on any invoices not paid within 30 days. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders unpaid after 30 days.

TITLE

The property in the wines shall not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the wines and other wines agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due. Until such time as the property in the wines passes to you, you shall hold the wines as our fiduciary agent and bailee and shall keep the wines separate from those of your or of third parties and properly stored, protected, insured and identified as our property. Until that time, you shall be entitled to re-sell the wines in the ordinary course of your business.

Until such time as the property in the wines passes to you (and provided the wines are still in existence and have not been re-sold), we shall be entitled at any time to inspect the wines and require you to deliver up the wines to us and if you fail to do so forthwith to enter upon any premises of yours or of any third party where the wines are stored and repossess the wines.

DELIVERY

All wines are offered either ex London Bond. Deliveries can be arranged and charged at cost. Shipping and consolidation can also be arranged for export customers.

INSPECTION

We try to inspect as many wines as possible when we purchase them and we find this increasingly important, especially for older wines. If you have a specific requirement it is better to let us know when ordering so that we may give you a report on the appearance or send a photograph.

CLAIMS

All wines should be inspected on delivery and any claim made within 3 days.
